Faulty or Damaged Items

Please send an email with a photo of the damaged item and packaging to 

customerservice@angels-face.co.uk  as soon as possible. 

Please note, we will not be able to process your claim without photographic evidence. 

If your parcel is visibly damaged on arrival you have the option to refuse delivery of the parcel. It will then be returned to us and a refund will be processed.
