How do I exchange something from my order?

If you would like to exchange an item from your order, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition* within 30 days of receipt using the link above and let us know what you would like in it's place. 

Exchanges will be processed as they are received and will be sent out to the original delivery address free of charge. Exchanges depend on current stock levels. If we are unable to offer an exchange we will contact you to offer an alternative or process a refund for you via the original payment method. If the item you have requested is more the price originally paid, you will be contacted by our customer service team to pay the difference.


We will despatch your exchange once your return has been received and approved.


Items should wherever possible be returned in their original (or similarly robust) packaging.
